I'm Jonathan — most people know me as Genuine Jonny. I'm a Broker Associate with Epique Realty, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with more than 13 years in commercial and luxury residential real estate.

Before Epique, I was a Senior Broker Associate at Beachfront Realty in Hollywood. Recently I've closed both commercial and luxury residential transactions across South Florida.

My work runs in two lanes. Luxury homes: waterfront, intracoastal, beachfront and estate properties, marketed publicly or quietly depending on what the owner wants. Commercial: industrial, retail, office, land, and medical / healthcare real estate, often owner-direct with funded buyers.

I'm not a volume shop and I'm not a listing mill. I take on what I can personally handle, I keep owners informed, and I only bring buyers who can prove they can close.
